Mr. Nazifullah Shaheen

Chief Executive Officer

Nazifullah Shaheen, a highly experienced entrepreneur and a dynamic result-oriented leader, has demonstrated the ability to lead diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success in a variety of highly competitive industries, cutting-edge markets, and fast-paced environments by utilizing keen analysis and insights and team approach to drive organizational improvements and implementation of best practices.

 

His rich experience of 7 years with AKDN, MTN & Serena and international assignments in UK, Russia and in other parts of the world gave him the remarkable understanding of corporate world and business opportunities in Afghanistan. In 2007, he took initiative to establish KaPUL with the objective to provide unparalleled marketing communications solutions to national and multinational companies in Afghanistan. Hard work coupled with sincerity and result oriented communication solutions led to an early success.

 

Under his visionary leadership, now KaPUL Group is on the way to become Afghanistan’s fastest growing business group with subsidiaries specializing in a vast variety of business like Integrated Marketing Communications, Leisure and Entertainment, Health Care, Training & Development and construction etc.

 

Nazif is a business graduate and have participated in various workshops, seminars and conferences throughout the world to establish the professional image of Afghan businessmen and to create positive perception of the country.

 

 

Mr. Naseebullah Junbish

Finance Head

Naseebullah Junbish, a highly motivated and results driven young finance head who has over 6 years of invaluable experience in leading and developing a successful finance team. Skilled in numerous financial and accounting fields, including: preparing annual budgets, monitoring key accounts and credit control. Having the ability to handle complex assignments effectively & possessing the confidence to work as part of a team or independently.

 

Naseebullah is completing his graduation with majors in accounts and finance and have expertise in designing and implementing systems to achieve financial discipline and improve the overall efficiency of the organization. He has strong analytical skills and good relationship management & negotiation skills in liaising with vendors, suppliers, Banks, other financial institutions and various regulatory authorities.

 

He is expert at capitalizing on opportunities to improve profitability, while leading cross-functional teams to ensure achievement of key objectives. A team builder and decision maker who excels at managing multiple activities.

 

 

Mr. Kaneshka Junbish

General Service Head

Kaneshka Junbish, full with energy and rich with experience of successfully coordinating the activities of various departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and distribution of products & services. Comfortable working with people of all levels and having a excellent commercial approach to solving problems and developing business processes.

 

He has proven people management skills, with the ability to manage performance and motivate staff on an individual and team level. He is self-reliant, focused, energetic, enthusiastic and trustworthy. He holds pleasant personality coupled with strong communication, administrative & analytical skills.

 

He holds Business Administration degree and have participated in various training around the world during his previous assignment with MTN Afghanistan.

 

 

Mr. Muhammad Yousuf

Director Marketing & Strategic Planning

Yousuf, having an entrepreneurial mindset and experience along with strong leadership & decision-making skills, is a dedicated professional with vast experience of over 18 years in Marketing, Advertising, Banking, Power Generation, Project Management, Education, Insurance and Entertainment sectors.

 

He is an accomplished, senior marketing professional with broad marketing and business development experience, encompassing strategic planning, qualitative & quantitative research, interactive marketing, creative development, media planning & buying, database /direct-marketing, public relations, sales promotion and visual merchandising, with the ability and skill set to provide creative, innovative, enthusiastic and forward-thinking leadership in a team environment.

  

Yousuf has Engineering and Business Administration degrees and has worked for various national and multinational clients. He has got training from Europe and has attended various international seminars, workshops and conferences. He has taught Marketing, Advertising and Sales Promotions in various universities in Pakistan and Afghanistan.
